RUFUS SEARILE FACES CHARGES INVOLVING JUVENILES!

On November 3rd, 2025, an arrest warrant was issued by the Evangeline parish Sheriff's Office for Rufus Anthony Searile on the charges of,  Computer Aided Solicitation of Juveniles (Under 13 YOA), Indecent Behavior with Juvenile (Under 13 YOA) and Child Grooming (Under 13 YOA).

While investigating an unrelated incident Evangeline Parish Detectives learned that Searile had messaged persons under the age of 17 asking for intimate pictures of them in exchange for money. Even after being asked to stop and being notified they were underage, Searile continued his advancements offering to send them money.

Searile was booked into the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Jail on November 4th, 2025, and is being held on a $225,000 Bond.
