Investigators follow up investigations of reports taken by Patrol Deputies and handle walk-in complaints from the public. Cases are generated through police reports from the public, pro-active investigations, and crime tips received from the public. For the most part these investigations are mainly for felony crimes. This includes everything such as theft, homicide, narcotics, and the execution of various search warrants.
