NO KNOCK SEARCH WARRANT LEADS TO CALVIN RAY ARVIE ARREST!

Upon completing a Narcotic investigation, on February 23, 2026, Narcotics Agents and Deputies of the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's office executed a "no knock" Narcotic Search Warrant at the residence of 716 Court Street, Ville Platte, Louisiana.

Upon making entry, no residents were located within the home.   Agents searched the residents and all structures within the curtilage, and the following were located.

(1)   1.53 grams of Methamphetamine were located in a small glass jar wrapped in multiple pieces of plastic on the back wall, along with paperwork belonging to Roger Deville Jr.

(2)   In the bedroom of Calvin Arive, the top right dresser drawer contained a black plastic container with a piece of plastic with 1.26 grams of Methamphetamine, and a Ziploc bag with 10 grams of Marijuana was located. Also located on the dresser was a Meth Pipe (glass cylinder with bowl at end) with Methamphetamine inside, a total weight of .24 grams.

(3)   In the bedroom of Rebecca Guillory and Roger Deville, a small blue cloth bag with white poke a dot containing two Meth Pipes (glass cylinder with bowl at end) with Methamphetamine inside, the weights of Methamphetamine were removed from the pipes, weighing .25 grams and .26 grams. In a 4k's cigar pack, a plastic bag with 2.15 grams of Marijuana and two hand-rolled smoked cigars, both containing marijuana, for a total weight of .91 grams.  In the closet on the second shelf, a hand-rolled cigar with 1.35 grams of Marijuana was located, in a blue cloth bag, a piece of plastic with 1.64 grams of Methamphetamine wrapped in a brown paper bag was located.

While searching the residence, a 29-year-old white female identified as Rebecca Guillory and a 37-year-old black male identified as Calvin RayArvie arrived at the residence and were shown to the location of their bedrooms. Also, Guillory had her 8-year-old juvenile son with her, who also resides at the residence.  The location of the residence, 716 Court Street, is approximately 1500 feet from Ville Platte Elementary School (708 High School Drive, Ville Platte, LA).

Calvin Ray Arvie was arrested and charged with (1) Count La. RS. Code 40:967C Possession of Schedule II (Methamphetamines) (1) Count La. RS. Code 14:91.13 Illegal Use of a Controlled Dangerous Substances in the Presence of a Person under seventeen years of age (1) Count 40:981.3 Violations of Controlled Dangerous Substances (Felony)

Arrest warrants will be secured for Rebecca Guillory and Roger Deville Jr.
