NO KNOCK NARCOTIC SEARCH WARRANT: DEVILLE AND THIBODEAUX

On December 9, 2025, Narcotic Agents, with the assistance of Patrol Deputies, executed a No-Knock Narcotic Search Warrant at 11454 Veterans Memorial Drive, Pine Prairie, LA 70576, the residence of Chase Deville, Abby Thibodeaux, and his elderly mother, Patricia Deville.

Upon execution of the Narcotic Search Warrant and entering the residence, agents located a 36-year-old white male who was identified as Chase Deville and a 28-year-old white female who was identified as Abby Nicole Thibodeaux.   Upon securing the residence along with Deville and Thibodeaux, a search of the residence was conducted.  During the search, Methamphetamines were located in the residences along with a Glock 21 Gen 4 .45 caliber serial # AFBX869.   Agents ran the serial number through NCIC, which resulted in a hit confirmation being stolen out of Webster Parish.

Chase Deville was arrested and charged with the following:

(1)    One Count of La. RS Code 40:967 Distribution/Possession with the Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS Methamphetamines
(2)     One Count of La. RS Code 14:95 Illegal Carrying of a Weapon
(3)     One Count of La. RS Code 14:95.1 Possession of a Firearm or Carrying Concealed Weapon by a person Convicted of Certain Felonies.
(4)      One Count of La. RS Code 14:69.1 Illegal Possession of a Stolen Firearm
(5)      One Count of La. RS Code 40:1041 Transactions involving proceeds from drug offenses
(6)      One Count of La. RS Code 14:130.1 Obstruction of Justice

Abby Nicole Thibodeaux was arrested and charged with:

(1)    One Count of La. RS Code 40:967 Distribution/Possession with the Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS Methamphetamines
(2)    One Count of La. RS Code 14:95 Illegal Carrying of a Weapon
(3)    One Count of La. RS Code 14:69.1 Illegal Possession of a Stolen Firearm
