NEW ADDITIONS TO EPSO FLEET!!

Honda UTVs Added to Evangeline Sheriff's Office Fleet

EPSO has now added 2 Honda UTV's to our Fleet of vehicles.  Side-by-sides or UTVs are highly adaptable assets for the Sheriff's Office, transforming law enforcement capabilities in remote, rugged, and urban environments.  We will use these to deploy specialized vehicles for off-road search and rescue, public event patrols, and patrols in areas such as dense woods, fields, and muddy back roads.  These UTVs will aid the Sheriff's Department in Search and Rescue and in deploying to an event involving an escaped inmate.  We will be able to cover grounds that are inaccessible to our other units in our Fleet.  These fully marked units will be a great addition to our Fleet.
