NARCOTIC SEARCH WARRANT: GREEN GREEN AND JONES!
The Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office Narcotic Unit and Allen Parish SWAT, through an investigation, surveillance, and with the assistance of the community, were able to secure a Narcotic Search Warrant. On August 5, 2025, Narcotic Agents with Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office assigned to Criminal Patrol / Narcotics, Patrol Deputies with Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office, and Allen Parish SWAT executed a Narcotic Search Warrant at the residence of 1011 Booker T Street, Ville Platte, Louisiana 70586.
Upon arrival, subjects who were later identified as a black 19-year-old black male, Mythius Green, a 19- year- old black male, Jaquailon Jones, and a 46-year-old black mal,e Kenneth Green who were standing on the porch when they observed agents arrive to the residence and ran inside the residence and attempted to barricade the door. Upon agents breaching the barricaded door, Mathius Green and Jaquailon Jones were located in the far-left room with four juvenile subjects. Jaquailon Jones and Mythius Green were both physically detained in handcuffs and brought outside of the residence to the porch area. Kenneth Green was located in the bathroom of the bedroom to the right of the residence. When agents made contact with Kenneth Green, he was seated on the floor, with his hand inside the base of the toilet holding a zip lock bag and an ink pen, actively discarding narcotics down the drain system. Also located on the floor and toilet seat was a substance identified as Cocaine, as well as water from the toilet, as Kenneth Green attempted to discard the narcotics. Kenneth Green was physically detained in handcuffs and escorted to the porch area.
Agent located the following illegal narcotics within the residence:
3.59 grams of Marijuana
5.02 grams of Cocaine
9.88 grams of Methamphetamines
6 Amphetamine pills 25mg
1 oxycodone pill 30mg.
A search of their person was conducted on the porch, located in Kenneth Green's pants pocket, and an Amphetamine/ Dexamphetamine 25 mg Extended Release was identified by imprint ELI 514, pink (pink body and pink cap [capsules filled with orange pellets]) 25 mg. Located in
Mythius Green's sock was a bundle of US currency as well as a plastic baggie containing a half piece of an Oxycodone Hydrochloride pill imprint K 9, round and blue in color 30 mg, and in Mythius Green's pocket was a tied plastic bag containing 3.59 grams of Marijuana
Kenneth Green arrested and charged with (1) Count 40:967 Possession with intent to distribute schedule II narcotics (Cocaine), (1) Count 40:967 Possession with intent to distribute schedule II narcotics (Methamphetamine), (1) Count 40:967 Possession with intent to distribute schedule II (Adderall), (1) Count 40:967 Possession with intent to distribute schedule II (Oxycodone), (1) 14:130.1 Obstruction of Justice, and Four counts of 14:91.13 Possession of a Controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile, as well as his outstanding warrants. Kenneth Green's bond was set $135,00.00
Mythius Green is charged with 40:967 Possession with intent to distribute schedule II narcotics (Cocaine), 40:967 Possession with intent to distribute schedule II narcotics (Methamphetamine), 40:967 Possession with intent to distribute schedule II (Adderall), 40:967 Possession with intent to distribute schedule II (Oxycodone 7.5 mg), 40:967C Possession of Schedule II (Oxycodone 30 mg), Four counts of 14:91.13 Possession of a Controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile, as well as his outstanding warrants. Mythius Green's bond was set at $135,00.00
Jaqualion Jones is charged with 40:967 Possession with intent to distribute schedule II narcotics (Cocaine), 40:967 Possession with intent to distribute schedule II narcotics (Methamphetamine), 40:967 Possession with intent to distribute schedule II (Adderall), 40:967 Possession with intent to distribute schedule II (Oxycodone), and Four counts of 14:91.13 Possession of a Controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile, as well as his outstanding warrants. Jaqualion Jones bond was set at $110,000.00
