NARCOTIC PRESS RELEASE: SHELTON GUILLORY

On January 13, 2026, Narcotic Agents with Evangeline Parish Sheriff Office and Allen Parish S.W.A.T, after a narcotics investigation, secured and executed a No-Knock Search Warrant at the residence of 1204 Green Oaks Loop Eunice La 70535. 

Upon entry being made, contact was made with a 28-year-old- white female identified as Courtney Gillard, accompanied with three tender aged juveniles located in the living room. Located in the bedroom to the right in bed was a 40-year-old- black male who was identified as Shelton Guillory.   Upon detaining both Gillard and Guillory both were advised of their Miranda Rights which both parties understanding their rights. 

Once the residence was cleared and deemed safe a search of the residence, 2 vehicles and 2 sheds within the curtilage of the residence was conducted, with the following was located:

·Located in a pair of black pants, identified as Shelton Guillory's pants, in the coin pocket was 1 red and 1 white pill identified as MDMA held within a baggie, located in the pocket was 1 oblong white pill imprint T258 7.5 mg Hydrocodone, and ½ pink pill identified as MDMA.

·Located within the shed outside adjacent to the residence was a grocery bag containing 4 sandwich bags (19 grams, 24 grams, 23 grams, and 22 grams) containing Synthetic Marijuana.

·A medication bottle with no label was located on the microwave in the kitchen containing 42 white oblong pills imprint M367, identified as Acetaminophen Hydrocodone Bitartrate 325 mg / 10 mg.

·Located in the bedroom the right in a red bag in the closet was a Hi-point 9mm Model C9 Serial Number P1556988.

·Located in the bedroom to the right in a black bag beside the bed was a Glock 42 .380 Serial Number ACVW209 which agents were able to determine the weapon was stolen from Acadia Parish.

·Located in the bedroom to the right in a top dresser drawer at the far right of the bedroom was a Sig Sauer .22 Cal Mosquito Serial Number F097688

·Located in a safe within the closet was $1900 in United States currency in multiple denominations

·Located in a boot outside of the residence was $100 a grey and white powdered brick substance identified as Fentanyl weighing approximately 61 grams along with a digital scale with residue.

 

Shelton Guillory was arrested and charged with the following. 

(1) Three Counts La RS 14:95E Illegal Possession of a Firearm in the presence of CDS

(2) One Count La RS 14:95.1 Illegal Possession of a firearm by a person convicted of certain felonies

(3) One Count La 14:69.1 Possession of a Stolen Firearm

(4) One Count La RS 40:1041 Transactions involving proceeds from drug offense

(5) Three Counts of La RS 14:91.13 Possession of a CDS in the presence of a person under seventeen.

(6) One Count of La RS 40:966 Possession of a Schedule I CDS MDMA

(7) One Count of La RS 40:967A Possession with intent to distribute schedule II (Hydrocodone 10 mg)

(8) One Count of La RS 40:967C Possession of Schedule II CDS Hydrocodone 7.5 mg

(9) One Count of La RS 40:966A Possession with intent to distribute Schedule I Synthetic Marijuana.

(10) One Count of La RS 40:967A Possession with intent to distribute Schedule II CDS Fentanyl 

(11) One Count of La RS 14:26 Criminal Conspiracy.

 

Shelton Guillory received a bond of $467,500

An Narcotic investigation is on going with more arrest to follow.
