NARCOTIC PRESS RELEASE: GUILLORY, PERRON, AND CHARLIE
On October 13, 2025, Narcotic Agents with Evangeline Parish Sheriff Office was dispatched to the residence of 3595 Pine Point Road, to assist Probation and Parole Agents. Probation and Parole were conducting a compliance check at the residence on parolee Jacob Perron. Upon the arrival of Probation and Parole agents, Jacob Perron, Michael Charlie and Kenneth Guillory were located in a shed at the rear of a trailer. When agents approached Kenneth Guillory, they observed a piece of cellophane containing 3.39 grams of methamphetamines fall out of his pocket. At this time agents contacted the Narcotic Agents with the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office to assist them in conducting a Narcotic Search. Narcotic agents made contact with all three subjects and learned Michael Charlie II, had two positive warrants for Evangeline Parish Sheriff Office, one of which is a Failure to Appear for Possession of Schedule II CDS, and Kenneth Guillory maintained multiple traffic warrants for Failure to Appear for Evangeline Parish Sheriff Office as well as Oakdale for traffic related offenses. Probation and Parole Agents searched the residence in which a female was located identified as Sabrionna Malveaux with a date of birth being 09/03/2000 along with her three juvenile children. Located within the house was numerous digital scales with residue, and glass pipes with residue located inside. Located within a shed in the rear of the residence within a dresser in the top drawer was a black bag containing 86.25 grams of Methamphetamine which is approximately 3 ounces.
Jacob Brent Perron a 33-year-old white male was arrested and charged with (1) Count of 40:967 Distribution/Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS Methamphetamine, (3) Counts of 14:91.13 Illegal Use of Controlled Dangerous Substances in the Presence of Person Under Seventeen Years of Age.
Kenneth Guillory, a 36-year-old white male was arrested and charged with (1) Count of 40:967C Possession of Schedule II CDS Methamphetamines (3) Counts of 14:91.13 Illegal Use of Controlled Dangerous Substances in the Presence of Person Under Seventeen Years of Age.
Michael Charlie II, a 27-year-old white male was arrested for his Outstanding Warrants.
