NARCOTIC ARREST: CORBY CLIPFELL POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE II CDS

On April 28th, 2026, the Criminal Patrol Unit of the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office, while patrolling within the city limits of Ville Platte, observed a white male subject on a bicycle and a black female subject walking beside him on Northwest Railroad.  The male subject, a 50-year-old white male identified as Glen Corby Clipfell, and a 26-year-old black female identified as Nakaya Joseph were walking alongside Clipfell.  

Throughout the course of the investigation, agents seized: 

Schedule II Methamphetamines 
Corby Glen Clipfell was arrested and charged with 40:967C Possession of Schedule II CDS Methamphetamines.   Nakaya Joseph was released with no charges. 

  Clipfell was also issued a traffic summons for the following: 

32:197 Bicycles on roadway 
32:329.1 Bicycle lamps
32:346 Brakes on bicycles
