EPSO NARCOTIC AGENTS ARREST TWO FUGITIVES IN MAMOU
On July 29,2026, Narcotic Agents with Evangeline Parish Sheriff Office received information that two wanted fugitives was at the residence of 522 East Street Apartment 9 Mamou Louisiana 70554. A search warrant was also executed.
Throughout the course of the investigation agents seized and took the following actions:
Methamphetamines
Adrien Roberts, a 27-year-old black male who was arrested on the previous charges of :
(1) Count of La R.S. Code 14:108.1 Flight from an Officer, (1) Count La R.S Code 14:100.1 Obstruction of public passage) Count La. R.S. Code 40:966 Possession with intent to distribute Schedule I Marijuana (1) Count La. R.S. 40:967 Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule II Methamphetamine (1) Count La. R.S. 40:967 Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule II Cocaine (1) Count La. R.S. 40:967 Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule II Crack Cocaine and La. R.S. 14:130.1 Obstruction of Justice.
Adrien Roberts was booked on new charges of:
La RS 40:967 Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS Methamphetamine
La RS 40:1041 Transactions involving proceeds of CDS
La RS 14:402 Introduction of Contraband into a penal facility.
Adrien Roberts is currently on Probation / Parole within the State of Louisiana.
Ethan Brown a 23-year-old white male was arrested and charged with La RS 14:108.2 Resisting with Force or Violence, La RS 14:25 Accessory After the Fact (Harboring a Fugitive), La RS 14:130.1 Obstruction of Justice
Laylah Corbitt a 20 year-old white female was arrested and charged with La RS 14:108.2 Resisting with Force or Violence, La RS 14:25 Accessory After the Fact (Harboring a Fugitive), La RS 14:130.1 Obstruction of Justice
