Major Arrest & Methamphetamine Seizure - Ville Platte, LA
On July 1, 2026, Narcotic Agents with the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office arrived at the residence of Billy Robinson, located at 1070 Gas Street, Ville Platte, Louisiana, to execute a Felony Warrant.

During the operation, Agents conducted field interviews that led to the discovery and seizure of illegal narcotics and evidence of criminal activity occurring in the presence of a minor.

ARREST & CHARGES
Billy Robinson was arrested and charged with:

La RS 40:967C - Possession of Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine)
La RS 14:91.13 - Possession in the Presence of a Person 17 Years of Age or Younger
