The Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office will conduct a DUI enforcement detail on Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 8:00 PM until 4:00 AM. Deputies will be deployed across the parish in areas with a history of impaired‑driving crashes, late‑night alcohol activity, and high traffic volume. The goal is straightforward: identify and remove impaired drivers before they cause a tragedy.
