Criminal Patrol / Narcotics Division Press Release: ~Adrienne Paige Castille~

On 03/18/2025, Criminal Patrol / Narcotics Division with the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office while conducting criminal patrol within the city limits of Mamou, observed a female standing in the roadway at the intersection of 9th and Ash Street in Mamou, upon agents making contact with a 43-year-old white female from Mamou who was identified as Adrienne Paige Castille.   During a field interview, after asking Castille if she had any weapons or illegal Narcotics, she stated she had knives and needles in her possession.  Upon obtaining consent to search her belongings, a push-pop candy stick was located with Methamphetamine on it in Castille's backpack. Castille was then asked about the Methamphetamine to which she stated she had just gotten it last night before and that she has to use Methamphetamine every day.  A field test was conducted and was positive for Methamphetamines. 

Adrienne Paige Castille was arrested and charged with (1) Count of  40:967 Possession of Methamphetamines.
