AUBREY JACOB WARE ARRESTED FOR MOLITOR RD BREAK-IN
On February 21, 2026, deputies with the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office responded to Molitor Road in reference to
to a reported break-in at a camp.
The complainant reported receiving a notification from his security camera showing an unknown subject inside the
camp while he was away. The complainant then contacted the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office and returned to
the property; however, the suspect had already left the area.
The case was subsequently turned over to detectives with the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office Criminal
Investigations Division, which continued the investigation.
During the course of the investigation, it was also learned that another camp in the area had been broken into and
damaged.
As a result of the investigation, the suspect was identified as Aubrey Jacob Ware, 29, of Oakdale.
An arrest warrant was issued for Ware, and on February 27, 2026, he was booked into the Evangeline Parish Jail.

•One (1) count- Simple Burglary (Felony) LA R.S. 14:62
•One (1) count- Simple Criminal Damage to Property (Misdemeanor) LA R.S. 14:56
•One (1) count- Criminal Trespassing (Misdemeanor) LA R.S. 14:63
