On March 1, 2024, Narcotic Agents, while patrolling in the Chataignier area, observed a male subject identified as Heath Brown riding a black off-road miniature motorcycle on the roadway with no helmet and license plate traveling towards the intersection of 1st Street and Vine. Upon conducting a traffic stop, contact was made with Heath Brown who appeared nervous. He was asked if he possessed any weapons on his person. At this time, Agent reached into the pocket of the jacket to take control of the knife and Agents located a digital scale containing methamphetamine residue on the scale. At this time, Heath Brown was advised of his rights, and a search of Heath Brown's person was conducted.

During the search, Agents located 33.8 grams of methamphetamines and 3 Adderall Pills.

Traffic Citations were issued for traffic violations.

Heath Brown was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule II Methamphetamine and Possession of Schedule II amphetamine (Adderall).
