On February 21,2023, Narcotic Agents while patrolling the area of Crooked Creek Parkway, observed a vehicle bearing Louisiana license plate Z385534 conduct a left turn from Crooked Creek Parkway onto Floyd C Road without using a turn signal prior to turning. The license plate came back to a white 2003 Ford pickup and it was displayed on a black 1996 Mazda pickup.

Upon making a traffic stop on Floyd C. Road, Agents made contact with the driver identified as s Randall Woodham exited the vehicle immediately acting suspicious by exiting the vehicle and continuously in a nervous manner, asked agents as to why he was being stopped.  At this time, agents conducted a weapons safety search of the Randall Woodham and while removing a weapon "knife" from his pocket plastic bag attached to the knife was located containing approximately 1.20 grams of methamphetamines.  At this time Woodham was placed in restraints.  Agent then made contact with the male passenger of the vehicle who was identified as Wilford Holden.   Holden was advised to exit the vehicle and a pat search for weapons was conducted and agents located a hand roll cigarette containing Marijuana.  Also located within the pocket of Holdens overalls, was a plastic container which contained a plastic baggie with approximately 1.15 grams of methamphetamines.

The results of the traffic stop were as follows:

Randall Woodham was arrested and charged for Felony Possession of Methamphetamines

William Holden was arrested and charged for Felony Possession of Methamphetamines and issued a Criminal Summons for Possession of Marijuana less than 14 grams.
