On February 3,2024, Narcotic Agents observed a vehicle bearing Louisiana License Plate 727FWF drive thru the intersection of the Dollar General.  The driver was acting suspicious and driving erratically within the parking lot.  Agents approached the driver of the vehicle and noted the smell of marijuana emitting from the vehicle.  Upon making contact with the driver and further investigation led to CP6 canine Diego being deployed and alerting to the presence of illegal narcotics.  A search of the vehicle was conducted by Narcotic Agents and the driver of the vehicle. Illegal narcotics and US currency  in the amount of $ 650.00 was seized and Market Freeman was arrested and charged with the following:

Possession of 2.1 grams of Fentanyl

Possession with intent to distribute 7.1 grams of Methamphetamine

Possession with intent to distribute of 16 grams of Marijuana

Possession with intent to distribute 12 grams of Synthetic Marijuana
