On August 9, 2023, the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office received a report of a stolen ATV (2012 Canam side by side black in color) from the 1500 Blk. of Cousins Rd. in Evangeline Parish.  During the investigation, Deputies were able to recover the stolen ATV near the intersection of Pine Point Rd. and Brignac Rd. Detectives were able to identify two suspects, one being Alex Joseph Granger W/M DOB 07/17/1996 of Mamou and Chance Traveler Standridge W/M DOB 10/06/1996 Mandam, North Dakota.  Both were arrested and charged with Motor Vehicle Theft.  Their bond was set at 25,000.00.
