ARREST BRIEFING

On July 4, 2023, Deputies were dispatched to the 1800 Blk. of Buzz Ln. in reference to a vicious dog.  Upon arrival, it was discovered that a loose pit bull became extremely aggressive and attacked a 5-year-old W/M male biting him in the face, neck, and head multiple times.  The child suffered multiple tares and puncher wounds to the face, neck, and head and had to be air lifted to a local hospital where he remained for several days and is in stable condition.  While Deputies were on scene, the dog became extremely aggressive towards them and had to be neutralized.  This is an active investigation and arrests are likely.

All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
