The Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office needs your assistance with an ongoing investigation.

On September 14, 2020 at 9:14pm two unknown male subjects armed with handguns entered the Dollar General located at 1071 S. Chataignier road.  The suspects then pointed their handguns at employees while forcing one employee to the ground.  Once the suspects turned their attention towards the register employees were able to escape and lock themselves in other areas of the store.  The suspects then began taking an unknown amount of money from the register.  The suspects the fled the store and headed south on Chataignier road.
