On January 10, 2023, the victim reported that someone gained access to his bank account information.  During the investigation it was discovered that the suspect Galen Hazelton of Lake Cove W/M DOB 07/23/1997 obtained the victim's account information and used it to make transactions on the internet.  When questioning the suspect he admitted to the allegations and was issued a misdemeanor summons for theft.
