On September 14, 2022, Deputies with the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office received a complaint in reference to a four - wheeler theft.  After obtaining the make and model of the four - wheeler, a family member observed two black males washing the four - wheeler at a car wash off of Hwy. 13 in the Reddell area.  When confronting the black males, the family member was able to identify the four - wheeler as being her brothers. 

Detective later identified the suspect.  The main suspect was identified as Tylon Thomas.  By the time Detective were able to identify the suspect, the stolen four - wheeler was no longer in his possession and its current whereabouts are unknown at this time.  The denied possessing the stolen four-wheeler and was later arrested for one count of possession of stolen things.  He was subsequently booked into the Evangeline Parish Jail and is currently being held with a $15,000.00 bond.
