Sheriff Charles R. Guillory, of the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office releases the following:

 On the 4th of November 2021 the Evangeline Parish Sheriff Department's Narcotics Unit, observed a male subject walking around the parking lot of Dirt Cheap. When agents made contact with him, he became very nervous and jittery. Upon further investigation it was determined the suspect was in possession of narcotics.

Shane Perry Richard 809 North Soileau Street Ville Platte, LA. 70586 W/M Age 33 He was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine Possession of drug paraphernalia

On the 5th of November Evangeline Parish Sheriff Department's Criminal Patrol unit, conducted a traffic stop. Agents could smell marijuana coming from the vehicle. Agents then conducted an investigation and located narcotics.

Taylon Thomas 1816 Clement Street Ville Platte, LA. 70586 B/M Age 21 He was charged with Possession with intent to distribute marijuana Possession of PCP Possession of drug paraphernalia

 

Robnequa Thomas 1941 Marshall Frank drive Ville Platte, LA. 70586 B/F Age 24   She was charged with Possession with intent to distribute MDMA Possession with intent to distribute synthetic marijuana

Also, on the 5th of November 2021 the Criminal Patrol Unit was checking on an area that is known for drug trafficking. Agents came into contact with a suspect that was acting extremely nervous. Agents then called for K-9 Diego, upon arrival Diego gave a positive alert on the truck and a search was conducted. This led to the following.

Martin Lindsey Lebleu 208 Fred Street Mamou, LA. 70554 W/M Age 47
He was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine Possession of drug Paraphernalia He also had active warrants

On the 6th of November 2021 the Evangeline Parish Sheriff Department's Narcotics Unit, received information of illegal narcotic activity at the Best Inn Motel. Agents made contact with two suspects and conducted an interview. This led to a search of a room and the discovery of narcotics. 

Leroy Mose 1098 Three Sisters Road Ville Platte, LA. 70586 B/M Age 36
He was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine He also had an active warrant

Brenda Doucet 1098 Three Sisters Road Ville Platte, LA. 70586 B/F Age 43
She was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine And four warrants

 On the 8th of November 2021 the Evangeline Parish Sheriff Departments Narcotics Unit, conducted a search warrant on a residence located on Jake Lane. Upon Agents entering the residence, they located narcotics and police surveillance equipment. This led to following arrest.

Kevin Patrick Landreneau 1330 Victory Land Road Mamou, LA. 70554 W/M Age 43
He was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine Possession with intent to distribute Gabapentin Possession of Promethazine Possession of CDS in presence of a minor

On the 9th of 2021 the Evangeline Parish Sheriff Department's Criminal Patrol Unit, conducted a traffic stop on a car for a traffic violation. During the stop agents found narcotics which led to the following action.
