Sheriff Charles R. Guillory, of the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office releases the following: 

On the 24th of February 2021 The Evangeline Parish Sheriff Department, executed a search warrant on a residence located at 1126 Rollins road. The search warrant stemmed from months of complaints, and surveillance performed by deputies. Once deputies had completed the search warrant, the following actions were taken.

He was charged with

LA:RS: 40:967.C Possession of methamphetamine

LA:RS: 40:969.C Possession of Clonazepam

LA:RS: 40:1023 Possession of drug paraphernalia

Rebecca Lejeune

1126 Rollins Road

Ville Platte, LA. 70586

W/F Age 26

 

She was charged with

LA:RS: 40:967.C Possession of Methamphetamine

LA:RS: 40:966.C Possession of Marijuana

LA:RS: 40:1023 Possession of drug paraphernalia 

Also, on the 24th of February 2021 Criminal Patrol Deputies stopped a car for a traffic violation. While the deputy was speaking to the driver, he noticed a smell of marijuana, coming from the car. The deputy requested permission to search and it was granted.

He was cited for

LA:RS: 40:966.C Possession of Marijuana

And released

On the 23rd of February 2021 Evangeline Parish Sheriff Deputy was patrolling the L'anse Meg area. He stopped a car, for a traffic violation. The deputy requested permission to search and it was granted. There were narcotics found in the vehicle, this led to the following actions.

He was charged with

LA:RS: 40:967.C Possession of Methamphetamine

He was also charged with traffic violations, and a

Warrant for failure to appear in court.

 

On the 27th of February 2021 Deputies were patrolling on Wilson Campbell road. They stopped a car for a traffic violation. When the deputy was speaking to the driver, he could smell marijuana. The driver gave permission to search and the deputy located narcotics, which led to the following actions.

He was charged with

LA:RS: 40:966.C Possession of marijuana

LA:RS: 40:1023 Possession of drug Paraphernalia

He also had a warrant for failure to appear for court.

 

Also, on the 27th of February 2021 Criminal patrol Agents stopped a truck on Cedar road in Turkey Creek for a traffic violation. During the stop the female was found to be in possession of narcotics. This resulted in the following arrest

W/M Age 19

 

He was charged with

LA:RS: 40:967. A.1 Distribution of Methamphetamine

This was from an undercover operation conducted in November Of 2020

W/ Age 47

 

He was charged with.

LA:RS: 40:966.C1 Possession with intent to distribute marijuana

LA:RS: 40966.C Possession of Methamphetamine

And a traffic violation
