Sheriff Charles R. Guillory, of the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office releases the following:

 On the 14th of January 2021 The Evangeline Parish Sheriff Department Criminal Patrol Unit, conducted a search warrant. The residence is located at 1869 Chicot Park road. This warrant stems from several complaints and several months of surveillance. Deputies entered the residence and located a large amount of Methamphetamine, Heroin and a large amount of illegal U S currency from drug sales. This led to three subjects being arrested.

LA:RS: 14:91.13 Possession of CDS in presence of minor

She was charged with

LA:RS: 40:966. A.1 Possession with intent to distribute Heroin

LA:RS: 40:967. C.1 Possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine

LA:RS: 14:91.13 Possession of CDS in presence of a minor

LA:RS: 14:95. E Possession of a firearm in presence of CDS

LA:RS 4:1023 Possession of drug paraphernalia

And 1 count of failure to appear for court

 

Corey Hebert

W/M Age 44

 

He was charged with

LA:RS: 40:966. A.1 Possession with intent to distribute Heroin

LA:RS: 40:967. C.1 Possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine

LA:RS: 14:91.13 Possession of CDS in presence of a minor

LA:RS: 14:95. E Possession of a firearm in presence of CDS

LA:RS 4:1023 Possession of drug paraphernalia

And 5 counts of failure to appear for court

He is also currently wanted in Allen Parish

Deputies seized over175 grams of methamphetamine

41.66 grams of Heroin, 2 handguns, and over $8,000.00 cash.
