Sheriff Charles R. Guillory, of the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office releases the following:

 On the 16th of December 2020 The Evangeline Parish Sheriff Department Criminal Patrol Unit, conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation. Upon making contact with the driver, he was visibly nervous and shaking. Deputies removed him from the vehicle and requested K-9. Once K-9 officer arrived Diego went to work and alerted on the vehicle. When agents searched the vehicle, they found crack cocaine. This led to the following arrest.

B/M AGE 50

He was charged with.

LA:RS: 40:967 Possession of crack cocaine.
